Is it a bird...is it a plane....no it's Cat, Angela, Louise and Pam climbing Snowdon for The Young @ Heart Cafe! Dementia is something that is having a personal affect on so many people we love and care for and we are taking on the challenge of Snowdon on Saturday 24 May. The Young @ Heart Cafe aims to help with social isolation associated with those living with dementia and their carers. Young @ Heart Cafe supports over a hundred families in the local community of Luton who are dealing with the challenges and changes of dementia.
