Story

I'm raising £1,000 for the International Hip Dysplasia Institute to continue their efforts in raising awareness, providing practical and emotional support for children, young people, young adults and families living with Hip Dysplasia nationally and internationally..🌍🦵🏻

I have been on my own journey with Hip Dysplasia since my diagnosis from being a little girl. I’ve had a number of surgeries over the years to preserve, re-build and replace both hips which has made me a far stronger person for it and I’m extremely proud of the scars I wear upon on skin.

Now that my journey has come to a positive end with no more surgeries in sight, I will be walking the 12.5 Wirral Coastal Walk on Sunday 6th July 2025 for IHDI. I want other Hip Dysplasia sufferers to know that anything is possible..🙌✨
