I am delighted to report that on Saturday I competed the Ironman 70.3 in Alcudia in 6 hours 34 minutes. This is a new PB and 17 minutes faster than last year so all that training paid off.

Thank you once again for your support - knowing that all the sponsorship is going to these two fabulous charities meant all the sweat and hard work on the day completing a mountainous 70.3 mile course was worthwhile !

A special thanks to Freddie, Shika and Viv for cheering me on during the race, to Pete for all his helpful advice (as well as running an amazing race) and to my wife Karen for supporting me during the months of training!
