Part of the Sothcott family are embarking on 3 months of gruelling challenges to support #teamezra. On 27th April, Josh and myself will be running the London marathon, for me training has been underway for the last 3 months, for Josh training has been very light but I have no doubt he will get up on 27th April and smash the marathon. I was hoping at this point my trainers would be hung up and I would be in running retirement but Logan has other ideas. To support #teamezra, Logan has created the challenge of all challenges. Over a period of 4 days, starting 23rd May, we will be running from Old Northamptonians Rugby club to Nottingham Children’s Hospital, running 15 miles per day. Nottingham Children's Hospital have been instrumental in Ezra’s care and we want to recognise this amazing hospital.

Ezra has been diagnosed with a rare aggressive form of Leukaemia and is undergoing treatment at Nottingham Hospital. Ezra's current treatment plan is 7 weeks of chemotherapy in hospital, with a week break at home, and then back to 7 weeks of chemotherapy for the next 6 months.

We are hoping to raise funds for Ezra and his family, to try help them at this difficult time. Funds raised will help the family over the next few months as they navigate hospital life and the current norm. The Fewster family are also using some of the funds raised to support the hospital, helping to contribute to new live saving equipment.

Ezra's journey has been filled with challenges that no child or family should ever have to face. His family has shown incredible strength and resilience, but they need our support to help ease their burden.
